ELLIES ELECTRONICS, Whom Archsat Electronics is the sole importer of there products, was established in 1978 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The company is presently the largest manufacturer and wholesale distributor in South Africa of Television Aerials, Amplifiers, TV spares, components, mobile phone accessories and satellite equipment. The Ellies group utilizes state of the art electronic technology and machinery for the manufacturing of products. This technology and machinery allows for building of components to our customers specifications regardless of where in the world they are located. The advancement and expertise in research and development has enabled us to exhibit new products around the world.

MANUFACTURING
In addition to utilizing the most advanced international product manufacture technology; the in house research and development team continuously sets new standards in the design and development of our wide range of products, while at the same time keeps abreast of international trends.
  
THE ELLIES range of Remote Extenders, Mast Head Amplifiers, Setback Amplifiers and Combiners feature the latest in low-noise surface mount technology. These products are manufactured to stringent specifications using fully automated pick and place machinery and conveyor driven solder ovens. They are then assembled and tested twice, after PCB assembly and then again after final assembly, thus maintaining a consistently high standard of quality.
  
ELLIES also manufacture regulated power supplies for the above amplifiers. The power supply features a built in mains surge protection and is fully protected against shorts, faulty loads and extremes of temperature.
  
OUR TV aerials are built with highly automated machinery, with lightweight aluminum construction throughout, galvanized metal brackets with large, easy to tighten wing nuts, rigid support booms and informative packaging for quick and easy assembly.
 
BRANCHES
Ellies head office occupies a building of 25 000 square meters and together with the 11 branches have an accumulated size of 40 000 square meters. Our staff compliment is in excess of 700 people.
